Phil Crow - President & Business Partner

Phil started his 29-year career in the food market with Durkee Foods, in Cleveland, OH. He then moved to Dawn Food Products, Jackson MI and spent 16 years with Dawn prior to starting Creative Occasions.

At Dawn, Phil held positions throughout the company that culminated with him being made President of Dawn Foods International.

His experience at Dawn involved setting up and building a distribution business, successfully establishing Dawn in the UK, and then building Dawn Foods International , headquartered in Monterrey, Mexico.

He has built plants, developed management teams, and successfully managed a large, international team. Phil has an undergraduate degree from University of Virginia and an MBA from Baldwin Wallace, Cleveland, OH.
