Allan Stewart - Director of Research & Development
- A graduate of Kansas State University and AIB, Alan comes to Creative Occasions with a wealth of experience and technical know how. Alan lectured part time at four universities throughout the country and has held management positions with some major food companies, including Sara Lee, Sanders, Flowers and more recently Edwards Baking company where he was Director Of Research and Development for over 6 years. Coming to CO directly from a food consulting business that he owned, Alan has a deep knowledge of ingredients and their functionally among other things.
- An avid cricketer, Alan who enjoys 9 holes of golf, and most sports. He is also a toastmaster, but from the Caribbean, he has an accent.
