A: Our R & D department, working in conjunction with Sales & Marketing are constantly working on new and
innovative ideas and work very closely with Creative Occasions customers. In 2008 weadded 24 new SKU’s.

Q: Does Creative Occasions manufacture Trans Fat Free cakes?
A:Yes we do! We offer an extensive line of ZTF (zero trans fats) cakes in all shapes and sizes.
Q: How many employees do you have?
A:We employ approximately 125 associates and up to 150 during seasonal peaks.
Q: What type of cakes do you make?
A: We manufacture fully finished, decorated, dessert, and base iced cakes and ship frozen to the
Food Service, in store bakery and Retail Bakery Trade.
Q: Do you sell cakes at the plant?
A: Currently we do not, however there are plans to have a small retail shop at the plant in the near future.
This will be advertised in the local Nashville area.

A: Shelf life varies by cake, but in general they are.
180-365 days frozen in the shipping carton
30 days frozen at Rretail on display at retail
5-7 days refrigerated on display at retail

A: We are 2 miles from the crossroads of I-65, I-40, I-24 in Nashville TN, 1606 County Hospital Road Nashville TN 37218
Q: Do you make individual Birthday Cakes?
A: We make all kinds of birthday cakes for wholesale purchase. We do not make special order individual single cakes for one event or person.
Q: Will you ship one cake via UPS?
A: No, only by truck with minimum quantities of at least 300 cases.

Hourly positions should call 615-7420270 and you will be referred to an employment contractor who you would interview with for
placement at Creative Occasions.
Q: Do I need to keep the cake refrigerated?
A: Yes, however it is perfectly acceptable to let the cake sit ambient for 2-3 hours while serving and enjoying. Always return to refrigeration when finished.
Q: Do you make wedding cakes?
A: No.

A: No, we are a wholesale manufacturer.
Q: Will Creative Occasions design a cake especially for my company?
A: Yes, the majority of Creative Occasions business involves custom made cakes. We can develop a specific type of cake to meet your needs and to meet
specific retail price point targets. Of course, a custom made line will require that a certain minimum order quantity is met. Typically this will require
combined truckload quantities.
Q: Will Creative Occasions private label cakes especially for me?
A: Yes, Creative Occasions sells both Creative Occasions branded products as well as private label brands under a wide assortment of labels.

A: We use only premium quality, real, ingredients in every aspect of our manufacturing. Hi-ratio cake, real butter in our buttercream, premium chocolate
